  • Abdominal Pressure Management: Understand how to manage intra-abdominal pressure to improve symptoms of diastasis recti post pregnancy.
  • Strengthening for Birth: Engage in safe and effective exercises to strengthen the muscles needed for labor and delivery, promoting a smoother birth experience and faster recovery postpartum.
