Pre & Postnatal

LunaWellness.Studio is dedicated to providing exceptional pre and postnatal coaching services to support women in their motherhood journey, helping them achieve optimal wellness and empowerment. We offer specialized programs that include a unique blend of weight training and yoga, designed to meet the specific needs of women during and after pregnancy.

Our pre and postnatal coaching programs are tailored to each woman's unique needs and goals, helping them stay active, healthy, and confident throughout their pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

Classes

Prenatal classes are designed to help you feel strong and confident during pregnancy and empowered for birth. Our sessions combine weights, yoga, and conditioning in a supportive environment.

 

The postpartum mom and baby classes blend gentle yoga and strength training to gradually rebuild your strength and rehabilitate your core and pelvic floor, all while connecting with other new moms. These laid-back, baby-friendly sessions allow you to relax, breastfeed, or care for your little one as needed.

 

Classes are offered in 4, 6 or 8 session packages based on demand.

Fit For Birth

Pregnancy is an exciting time, but it can also be tough on your body. That's where I come in as a certified pre and post natal coach ! Together, we can work to help you stay healthy, manage weight gain, help manage pregnancy aches and pains, and feel your best throughout your pregnancy. Plus, we'll prepare your body for childbirth and help you recover more quickly afterward.

During our one-on-one sessions, we'll create personalized workouts just for you, taking into account your fitness level, any concerns you may have, and your medical history. I'll also teach you proper posture, breathing techniques, and pelvic floor exercises that are important during pregnancy and can help you manage pregnancy pain and be more comfortable throughout your pregnancy. Additionally, these techniques can also help you during labor and delivery, making the process smoother and more comfortable.

So, whether you're a fitness fanatic or just getting started, prenatal one-on-one personal training with me is a great way to take care of yourself and your growing baby. You'll feel amazing, be better equipped to handle pregnancy-related pain and discomfort, and be ready for whatever comes your way during pregnancy and beyond!

Postpartum Rehab

The postpartum period can be a vulnerable time for new mothers, both physically and emotionally. It's important to approach the return to exercise with caution and respect for the body's healing process. Postpartum exercise should focus on rebuilding core strength, improving posture and alignment, and addressing any specific postpartum concerns such as diastasis recti or pelvic floor dysfunction. Using a blend of gentle yoga and low impact exercise, I can help your gradually increase your strength and get back to feeling like yourself again!
